Solar power systems
A range of AVID Solar Panel options with included installation, mounting system and protection devices.
Cassette Flooring
Fitted with 19mm H3 Plyfloor & supplied with Expol R3.1 polystyrene underfloor insulation.
Hip, Gable or Mono-Pitch roof option
We offer each of our plans in the Classic and Petite range to come with either a Hip, Gable or Mono-Pitch roof options.
Concrete floor option
The Habitat Houses default foundation plan is Wildboar footings which is concrete free. If preferred, we can discuss a concrete slab as an alternative solution.
Cabinetry preferences
UNO Kitchens offer over 140 colour options for your cabinetry, including woodgrain, UltraTouch or UltraGloss.
Stone Benchtops
Kitchens have laminate benchtops included; engineered stone is available upon request.
Exterior Cladding upgrades e.g. Timber, Accoya, Palliside
Standard inclusion is the BGC Nuline and Duragroove claddings. Options are available to replace this with your preference or you may just want to include a feature section.
